Description
CNJ Construction has been engaged to provide full carpentry services for the Mountain Vista Estate, a three-stage terrace housing project in a new, family-friendly area of South Auckland. The development consists of 155 terraced units, and CNJ is responsible for building 122 of them. A key feature of the project is the use of steel stud frames, along with midfloor and roof panels made from PLT (Parallel Laminated Timber). Installing these PLT panels required the use of three cranes operating simultaneously, demonstrating the complexity and precision involved in the construction.
