Croydon Road Renovation

CNJ Construction was engaged as main contractor for the Croydon Road project in Mt Eden, Auckland. The project involved the full recladding of four residential units, along with complete internal renovations and landscaping works. The existing building was originally clad in asbestos-containing materials, requiring careful removal and disposal in accordance with safety requirements, before being replaced with new cladding and upgraded joinery. The works also included extensive internal refurbishments to modernise and improve the functionality of the units, as well as external landscaping to enhance the overall presentation of the development. CNJ Construction managed the project from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining a safe and organised site, and ensuring all works were completed to a high standard of workmanship and finish.
