Manga Road Remedial

CNJ Construction was engaged as main contractor for the Manga Road remedial project in Silverdale, Auckland. The project involved the remediation and upgrade of an existing industrial building to meet current building code requirements in preparation for sale. Significant works were required to achieve compliance, including structural strengthening and fire safety upgrades throughout the building. This included the application of intumescent coatings to all structural steel elements, as well as the installation and upgrading of fire protection systems in key areas. In addition, the building was fully reclad to meet current external weather-tightness and compliance standards. CNJ Construction managed the project by coordinating multiple trades, consultants, and working closely with the council to ensure all remediation works were completed to a high standard while achieving full compliance requirements.
